The Regal Sun Resort, formerly The Grosvenor Resort, has completed an extensive $25 million property-wide renovation and enhancement. Every aspect of the resort has been touched by the project, which included remodeling all guest rooms and suites, the meeting space, the lobby, the restaurants and lounges, the pool area, guest room corridors, and pre-function space. The Regal Sun Resort is an easy walk right across the street to the Downtown Disney® Marketplace, Pleasure Island, and Downtown Disney® West Side.
All of the resort's 619 guest rooms and 7 suites are being totally remodeled. Guest rooms feature all-new furniture, soft goods, plush pillowtop mattresses, new wall coverings, and beautiful artwork. Rooms and suites now have rich red bed covers, crisp white linens, royal blue carpet and stylish furnishings. Guest room corridors boast new carpeting, wall coverings, lighting, and beautiful drapes. Many of the rooms and suites feature incredible views of the Walt Disney World® theme parks and of the Downtown Disney® area.
